Unforgettable treatment by the staff

Many of the GOs go beyond expectations and surprise us in many ways:
• GO Zue from Baby care. Our baby Aamera is about 1.5 years and has never been in any childcare service. We are very surprised that our baby didn’t even cry once the whole day there and bond really well with GO Zue.
• GO Abby. My wife was eating alone with the baby as I was with our other kids at the beach. Abby was kind to offer to accompany them. She even look after the baby while my wife takes her food.
• GO Wafi. He really makes my son feel ease in the mini club as my son is shy and reserved. Wafi also always offered to carry my food when im at the restaurant if he saw me, as i was limping / recovering from broken leg.
• GO Nesh. Makes us feel welcome the whole stay. Always checking on us.
• GO Abegoss. He makes sure our kids are not overlooked at the bar, and spend time asking about their days

Old but Gold

Fun and friendly place. A variety of activities and we all had a great time. I really liked that you could get a late breakfast. It wasn't too crazy after 11am though more dancing would have been great. The place definitely needs an uplift and I am looking forward to what they do when they renovate the place. The location is good though the win did not pick up for sailing very much so we missed that (even though we went to the beach quite a few times).
